Tracking
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in Poland.
¹ Pickup point
Make sure to collect the parcel within 72 hours after the parcel is received at the pickup point. Otherwise the parcel will be returned back to us.
² Parcel lockers
When shopping on our website, select the Paczkomat® InPost delivery option. Fill in your order details - remember to include your e-mail address and telephone number. Then select the parcel machine to which InPost will deliver your parcel. You will receive an SMS with a collection code (6 digits) as soon as your parcel is placed in the Paczkomat. You will, of course, need to keep the code to open your locker. Once at the Parcel Machine, enter your phone number and the collection code on the screen or open a locker remotely via InPost mobile app . The locker with your package will open automatically. You have 2 days from receipt of the notification to collect your package. If you don't have time, ask someone you trust to do it for you!
