Due to the high volumes of orders, it can take a bit longer for your return parcel to reach our warehouse. Once we have receive your parcel we will inform you via email and immediately start processing your refund.
If your return tracking status shows that your parcel has been "Delivered", please note that your parcel may still be in Germany and has not reached our warehouse in Poland yet.
We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse in Poland.
It can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded. Due to the high number of orders, it might take a few days longer for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
- 1st confirmation e-mail: Once we’ve received your returned parcel in our warehouse.
- 2nd confirmation e-mail: We’ll confirm your refund has been processed.
