What is the return portal?
By registering your return online, you can track your return through the return portal.
You'll also receive updates on your parcel’s journey back to our warehouse and be informed when your return arrives at our warehouse for processing.
You can easily create a return label for yourself if you need a new one to return your items.
For all online orders: you have 100 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
Please note that you can only register returns through the return portal for orders purchased online.
If you have more than one return parcel, you have to repeat Step 1 - 5 in the return portal and create one label per parcel.
If you return the goods using our return label, you will be charged an amount of 1.99 GBP, which will be deducted from your refund. We charge the costs of returning per order returned to us. You are responsible for the return of the item(s).
