Apologies that you have received a wrong item - that usually does not happen.
In case you received an item that was not part of your order, or it is an item in a different size than you ordered, please follow the steps below.
- Register your return online via the Return Portal and fill in the return reason code "wrong item”.
- Pack the item into a bag or box depending on the fit of the item.
- Stick the prepaid return label on the parcel. Make sure that it covers the original shipping label.
- Drop the parcel off at your nearest parcel shop and keep the return receipt.
- Once we receive the item in our warehouse, we will notify you and refund you the amount
Please note the item will only be refunded once we receive and register it as returned in our warehouse, we cannot provide you with a refund before we receive the item.
