TRACKING
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.
1 HOME DELIVERY (POST OFFICE)
DHL will deliver the package to your home.
In case of absence, the letter carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox with the necessary information for you to pick up your package at the nearest post office within 10 days or arrange another delivery time.
If the package has not been picked up within 10 days it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
2 EXPRESS SHIPPING - NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
DHL will deliver the package to your home within one to two working days between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays are usually delivered the following Tuesday.
In case of absence, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox with all the information necessary to retrieve the package.
If a delivery is not agreed within 30 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount and send you a confirmation email as soon as it has been processed.
