What does printless return mean?
Printless return means that you can return your parcel totally paperless and printless. Instead, the post office will print your label by scanning your QR code from your device.
How to get your QR-code
You can easily get a QR code by registering your return on our return portal. Select "Print in Store" under "Choose Return Method" and you will receive a QR code by email after registration.

GUIDE - How to return with QR-code
- Go to your nearest postal service. It is important that you go to the carrier that you have selected in the return portal.
- When you hand in your parcel, please inform the postal staff that your parcel is a return shipment. The staff will then scan your QR code and print your return label.
- Remember to keep your return receipt until you have received your refund. Please note that returns usually take up to 14 working days.
